About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer Windows User Experience in the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, you will:
- Own, investigate, and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Collaborate across teams using troubleshooting tools and best practices.
- Build communities with peers and share technical knowledge.
- Identify product defects and contribute to product improvements.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
You should have:
- 5+ years technical support/IT experience or relevant degree plus 3+ years experience.
- Solid understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop, Registry, File Storage, and more.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of PowerShell/Kusto scripting, cloud PC deployments, AVD, FSLogix, and other troubleshooting tools.
Soft Skills & Additional Requirements
Key soft skills include excellent verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, customer focus, team collaboration, adaptability, and leadership. The role also requires flexibility for varying shift schedules and verification of Australian citizenship with a valid passport. You will need to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
