About the Role
Join Microsoft CE&S Customer Service & Support team as a Technical Support Engineer - SCIM Compliance. In this role, you will own, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using advanced troubleshooting tools.
Responsibilities
- Response and Resolution: Own and investigate customer technical issues.
- Readiness: Build peer communities and share your expertise.
- Product/Process Improvement: Identify and escalate product defects for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting or IT experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field along with the experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads including Sensitivity Labels, Retention policies, eDiscovery workflows, DLP configuration, Email Archiving flow, and PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with message traces, audit logs and Microsoft 365 Defender is required.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Graph API, Information Barriers, Insider Risk policies, and Microsoft certifications such as SC-400 and SC-200/SC-300.
Additional Information
This position offers flexibility with up to 100% remote work. Working shifts may vary based on operational demand. Candidates must meet Microsoft and governmental security screening requirements.
