Overview
Microsoft's Customer Service & Support (CSS) team invites you to join as a Technical Support Engineer - SCIM Compliance. In this role, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless support experiences. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Responding, investigating, and resolving customer technical issues.
- Collaborating within and across teams using advanced troubleshooting tools.
- Building peer communities to share knowledge and expertise.
- Identifying product defects and escalating issues to improve Microsoft products.
Qualifications
The role requires a minimum of 3+ years technical support, technical consulting, or IT experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is acceptable with equivalent experience. Candidates must demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads including Sensitivity Labels, Retention policies, eDiscovery, and DLP troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with reading message traces, audit logs, and telemetry.
- Experience supporting or using Microsoft 365 Defender, Security & Compliance Center.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
Hands-on experience with Graph API, Information Barriers, Insider Risk policies, Communication Compliance, or related Microsoft certifications.
Work Schedule & Compliance
This position offers shift flexibility depending on operational demand, with potential shifts including Monday to Friday or other rotations. All candidates must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
