As a Technical Support Engineer - SCCM, you will troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues leveraging Microsoft Configuration Manager and related tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, investigate and resolve customer technical issues.
- Collaborate within and across teams using advanced troubleshooting tools.
- Participate in community knowledge sharing and continuous training.
- Identify potential product defects and contribute to product improvements.
Qualifications and Core Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field coupled with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies is required. You should have proven customer-facing experience and technical project involvement. Key technical skills include:
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) expertise.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager administration.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, including task sequence creation and operating system, networking, and IIS concepts.
- Proficiency with WSUS, Software Update Management, and SQL basics.
Additional Information
The role is based in Sydney, Australia and offers a flexible work arrangement with up to 50% remote work. Applicants with language skills in Korean, Japanese or Chinese/Mandarin are preferred. Australian Citizenship is also preferred, and candidates must pass security screenings including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
