As part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, the Technical Support Engineer role is designed for individuals passionate about customer success. You will own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, growing your expertise and honing problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Business Integration: Implement strategic business decisions, influencing teams and partners to increase market share.
Product/Process Improvement: Develop automation techniques, diagnostic tools and provide feedback for product enhancements. Participate in case triage meetings, share insights and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and product issues.
Readiness: Lead readiness programs, mentor peers, create content, and build expert competence in support topics.
Response and Resolution: Advise customers on complex cases, create technical articles, perform product troubleshooting and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years technical support experience; or 5+ years experience otherwise. Must meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements. Additional qualifications include certifications, basic networking, REGEX understanding, PowerShell skills, and willingness for 24x7 on-call rotation.
