Overview
Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to deliver exceptional customer success by leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. As a Technical Support Engineer Intune within the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, you will own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues while collaborating across teams and using advanced diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve Intune related technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance.
- Share technical insights and develop readiness through training.
- Identify and escalate product defects to drive improvements.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or a related field plus 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or similar areas; or equivalent experience. Candidates must also have 2+ years in a customer-facing role and technical project experience.
Core Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, and Windows Autopilot
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS environments
- Knowledge in networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
- Proficiency in mobile device management solutions
- Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager
Additional Details
This role is flexible, offering up to 50% remote work. Australian Citizenship and language skills in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese/Mandarin are preferred. The role is based in Sydney and requires passing Microsoft security screenings.
