Overview
Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to empower customers and accelerate business value through innovative support and AI transformation. As a Technical Support Engineer Intune, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Response and Resolution: Own and resolve customer technical issues using advanced troubleshooting tools.
- Readiness: Build communities, share technical knowledge, and participate in training.
- Product/Process Improvement: Identify product defects and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field with 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT support, systems administration, network operations, software support, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role and working on technical projects.
Core Skills - Intune
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows, iOS & Android enrollment, policy deployment, app management, device compliance, and reporting.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Win32 Packaging via Intune, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operating systems including Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, MacOS and supporting remote support tools like Microsoft Teams and Quick Assist.
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi along with Active Directory and OS internals.
Additional Information
The role is based in Sydney and offers a flexible work arrangement allowing up to 50% remote work. Language skills in Korean, Japanese or Chinese/Mandarin are preferred. Australian Citizenship is also preferred. Candidates must meet Microsoft and/or government security screening requirements.
