Overview
Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Intune to own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, ensuring seamless support and customer success. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate career growth, upgrade technical proficiency, and work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own, investigate and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting tools.
- Collaborate across teams and share knowledge through community building.
- Participate in training and readiness to build technical skills.
- Identify product defects and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field and 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience. Additionally, candidates need at least 2 years in a customer-facing role and technical project involvement.
Core Skills - Intune
- Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
- Troubleshooting issues with Windows, iOS, Android enrollments and policy deployment.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Win32 Packaging, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in Windows updates, Active Directory, and OS Internals.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Mobile Device Management and remote support tools.
Additional Requirements
Australian Citizenship is preferred and the role is based in Sydney. Language skills in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese/Mandarin are also preferred. Candidates must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet security screening requirements.
