Role Overview

As a Technical Solution Management Specialist you will lead endtoend onboarding for new business units by assessing processes, coordinating launch activities, and ensuring smooth postlaunch stabilization. You serve as the main liaison for prospective partners, managing intake, aligning solution design, facilitating communication, and guiding proposal and implementation efforts. You’ll translate complex requirements into technical solutions through detailed process mapping, gap analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with subjectmatter experts. You will also drive automation initiatives, evaluate integration needs, and strengthen testing and onboarding readiness by coordinating stakeholders, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

As a Technical Solution Management Specialist, you will build cross-team coordination and community of business and engineers to address increasingly complex challenges and opportunities in the areas of business and technology integrations, and to deliver technical solutions. This opportunity will allow you to understand and translate the complex opportunity areas and problem statements into business requirements for the all engineering teams working on the solution. You will partner with Engineering Teams to design roadmap(s) for complex solution area(s) and develop technical solutions and prioritize complex problems and solution areas. You will define the success criteria and performance metrics for an increasingly complex, high-impact solution.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver technical solutions and address increasingly complex challenges and opportunities by building out cross-team coordination and gain buy-in and alignment by garnering the support of internal stakeholders for the solution.
• You will develop the vision and strategy of an increasingly complex solution area as well as translate complex opportunities and problems into business requirements, and design roadmaps for complex solution areas that incorporate technical and business needs.
• You will prioritize complex problem and solution areas, and identify experiences that will support business goals and also define success criteria and performance metrics for an increasingly complex solution using a deep understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and other success measures.
• You will deliver increasingly complex solution areas while minimizing any variance between estimates and project outcomes and conduct user testing to determine the end-user experience and evaluate the performance of technical solutions.
• You will demonstrate deep expertise in the technology landscape and business operations, while staying up to date with emerging technologies and also act as a trusted voice for business and technical team decision-making, and prepare business users for the implementation of new technical solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ Years of cross-functional experience in facilitating the translation of business requirements into engineering specifications.
• Able to work in shifts (12pm - 9pm IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming.
• 3+ Years experience with LEAN or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• 3+ Years of cross-functional experience in facilitating the translation of business requirements into engineering specifications.
