Overview
The Technical Program Manager II at Microsoft is a visionary role focused on driving the creation and landing of customer value for the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) in Surface Devices. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling Microsoft’s hybrid AI strategy, bridging edge inferencing with the scale of Azure AI and Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the hybrid AI value proposition as a unified platform.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling business narratives.
- Partner with marketing and field teams for global messaging and adoption.
- Develop strong partnerships with ISVs and customers for hybrid AI solutions.
- Represent Surface at internal and external events as a thought leader.
- Collaborate with Windows AI Foundry, Azure AI teams, and Surface engineering.
- Influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies with field insights.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development; 1+ years of cross-functional project management; 1+ years experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Preferred: 1+ years of coding experience through documentation or demos.
