About the Role
Microsoft Security is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs for capacity management within Microsoft Entra Services. This role is crucial for ensuring the availability of the right capacity, in the right place, at the right time, supporting over 70 service engineering teams globally. You will improve engineering processes, enhance operational efficiency for hyperscale infrastructure, and optimize resource allocation.

Responsibilities
- Drive complex capacity management programs for Microsoft Entra Services, impacting over 70 service engineering teams.
- Partner with service engineering, datacenter operations, COGS management, and buildout/automation teams.
- Improve engineering processes and operational efficiency for hyperscale infrastructure running on millions of cloud instances.
- Ensure optimal capacity availability through strong partner management, supply chain knowledge, and strategic planning.
- Optimize efficiency and resource utilization across global operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to drive complex programs to meet business objectives.
- Excellence in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading process and tool standardization, and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to dive deep into data to identify and resolve program blockers.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data modeling skills (PowerBI/Excel).
- Solid technical acumen and ability to translate needs into clear requirements.
- Experience in business and operational roles, managing project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in Identity and/or Security technology domains.
