Role Description

The Technical Program Manager - Azure will drive the Infra Technical Success Program across a diverse ecosystem including Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Success Account Managers, and technical specialists. The role focuses on strategy development, execution of complex technical programs, customer insights, and integration of Azure infrastructure with data and application modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Customer & Business Needs Analysis: Lead cross-functional engagements, conduct research, analyze telemetry, and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Product/Service/Solution Definition: Define program goals, prioritize deliverables, develop success metrics, and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Product/Service/Solution Development: Ideate and deliver customer-centric solutions, manage program roadmaps, and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Sales Engagement: Provide technical expertise for sales enablement and champion customer success through direct engagement.
  • Other: Embody Microsoft’s culture, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years managing cross-functional projects. Preferred qualifications include significant experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies, technical certifications, and hands-on coding exposure.
