Trusted Advisor
- Provide thought leadership on IT and business strategy.
- Guide internal teams and customers with technical insights.
- Build security credentials and position Microsoft solutions.
Technology Strategy Formulation
- Analyze customer situations and develop long-term roadmaps.
- Translate business objectives to technical architectures.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft cloud services.
Technology Sales and Demand Generation
- Create demand through opportunity identification and qualification.
- Lead technical teams to drive customer opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal experts to achieve sales goals.
Differentiated Value Proposition & Mapping
- Act as a Technology Mentor for CXO-level stakeholders.
- Drive digital transformation through innovative guidance.
- Contribute to stakeholder mapping and account planning.
Education and Thought Leadership
- Engage regularly with senior customer leaders to drive strategy.
- Lead technical enablement and skilling initiatives.
- Inspire and guide technical teams at customer organizations.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of technical consulting or consultative selling experience, including 4+ years in consulting services or technology sales.
Preferred: 14+ years of experience in technical consulting with digital transformation expertise and financial services experience.
Compensation
The typical base pay range in Canada is CAD 128,000 - CAD 222,400 per year.
