About the Role
The Sr. Technical Support Engineer - SCIM Compliance role within Microsoft Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) drives cross-company alignment to empower customers through innovative support. This role focuses on responding to and resolving complex technical issues while collaborating with various teams to improve products and processes.
Responsibilities
Response and Resolution: Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues using troubleshooting tools and practices.
Readiness: Build communities with peers, share knowledge, and develop technical and professional skills through training.
Product/Process Improvement: Identify potential product defects and escalate them to contribute to Microsoft product enhancements.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent with 3+ years technical support/consulting experience or 5+ years of related experience.
Preferred: Chinese proficiency, cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+), customer service training, and experience supporting enterprise level premier customers.
Compliance: Experience with Purview Compliance and Exchange/Office 365, plus ability to meet security screening requirements.
