Overview

Join us in shaping the future of learning at Microsoft. The Worldwide Learning (WWL) Sales Skilling team empowers our global salesforce with the skills and knowledge to succeed. As a Sr. Business Program Manager, you will drive content and channel discovery to deliver effective learning experiences for Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) learners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and governance of the MCAPS Academy SharePoint hub.
  • Own taxonomy, metadata standards, and filtering logic for content discoverability.
  • Manage MCAPS Academy calendar events including metadata tagging.
  • Define and champion metadata and intuitive navigation.
  • Optimize content discoverability across platforms like Viva Learning.
  • Track performance metrics, report insights, and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with content, data, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Streamline intake processes and support campaign launches.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Communications or a related field with 6+ years experience in program or process management (or equivalent) is required along with 4+ years in program, project, or operations management. Technical acumen with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or Salesforce and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis are essential.

  • Technology-driven program management experience in learning, sales enablement, or marketing operations.
