Role Description
As a Technology Specialist Intern, you will engage with customers, guide technical decisions, and leverage sales strategy to address customer digital transformation. You will understand customer needs, collect feedback, and provide strategic input. Additionally, you will act as a point of coordination for technical resources to resolve blockers and ensure effective solution implementations.
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps.
- Use product expertise to build credibility with customers.
- Review customer interactions and contribute competitive insights.
- Tailor Microsoft messaging using product knowledge.
- Support solution demonstrations and POC sessions.
- Leverage partner/customer teams to prove product capabilities.
- Consume readiness materials to expand domain knowledge.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, IT, or related field.• Must have at least one additional quarter/semester remaining following the internship.• Legally authorised to work in Finland and fluent in Finnish.
