Overview
At Microsoft, the Solution Engineer Cloud & AI Apps helps customers transform their businesses by rethinking strategies and leveraging technology. This role focuses on engaging technical decision makers, building credibility, orchestrating complex technical wins, and scaling those wins with the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key customer technical decision makers and influencers.
- Develop competitive strategies and share insights from market trends.
- Collaborate with local account, marketing and partner teams for customer success plans.
- Lead and ensure complex technical wins and deliver proof of concepts.
- Develop readiness and training plans for peers and customers.
- Oversee demonstrations, architectural design sessions, POCs, pilots, and hackathons.
Leveraging Partner Ecosystem & Customer Engagement
Scale wins through a sell-with environment, monitoring partner technical capacity and ensuring alignment on Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field along with relevant technical pre-sales or consulting experience. Preferred candidates will have extensive experience with cloud infrastructures, architecture designs, and relevant certifications.
