About the Role

Microsoft is on a mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Solution Architect Business Central, you will have a mix of hands-on experience in selling business value solutions, business applications implementation, architectural design and strategic business acumen. You will work as part of the WW Field and Partner Center Of Excellence team in Industry Solutions Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Program Support: Work directly with partners to drive technical pre-sales motions.
  • Technical Pre-Sales & Readiness: Design, customize, and deploy technical solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Intellectual Property & Practice Development: Develop and refine IP; contribute to internal/external communities.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build relationships, influence decision-making and steer customer conversations towards solution benefits.
  • Thought Leadership: Share insights at community events, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to strategic technical discussions.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and extensive experience in cloud, applications, architecture, and consulting with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, particularly Business Central. Candidates must be proficient in advanced customization using Power Platform tools, integrations, AI-driven process automation, and managing complex enterprise deployments.

Technical & Additional Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate strong consulting skills, technical leadership, and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated security and compliance solutions. Experience in creating design documentation, leveraging Azure DevOps, and addressing large-scale enterprise challenges is essential.
