Overview

Are you a passionate engineer who likes to work on the Intelligent Edge Platform that powers application delivery, acceleration, security, load management and Internet routing for Microsoft, LinkedIN, Azure and many more? Join the Azure Front Door team to design and implement globally distributed, scalable, low latency services and collaborate with cross-functional teams at Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Determine user requirements and feature specifications.
  • Develop design documents and break down larger work items.
  • Create and implement code while reusing existing code.
  • Monitor system performance and address service interruptions.
  • Stay current with latest development trends and practices.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent experience).

Preferred: Advanced degree or additional experience with languages, including 1+ year proficient programming in C, Rust, C++, C# or Java.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical base pay range in the U.S. is between 100,600 and 199,000 USD per year, with variations for certain high cost areas.
