Role Summary
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Azure, you will own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues. You will act as an advisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers. Your work involves owning customer events, improving products, and ensuring the best practices in support and technical readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years technical experience or 5+ years experience in technical support or consulting. Fluency in English is required. Relevant Microsoft Technology Certifications and cloud technology expertise (Azure, virtualization, on-prem) are essential.
Work Arrangement
This role is flexible with up to 50% work from home, offering a hybrid work setup.
