The Senior Talent Sourcer, Market Intelligence at Microsoft is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. You will lead advanced sourcing initiatives and perform deep talent market analysis to inform and execute differentiated sourcing strategies for Microsoft's Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
Candidate Assessment & Screening: Drive adoption of the candidate assessment framework, manage screening processes, and ensure effective, inclusive candidate assessment.
Candidate Attraction: Leverage market insights and unique career narratives to develop compelling attraction campaigns and advisor hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey from application tracking to preparing candidates for subsequent phases of the process.
Data Analysis & Hiring Plans: Analyze market and business data, connect insights across teams, and develop hiring plans aligned with business needs.
Market Analysis and Channel Insights: Perform deep analysis of external market data to recommend strategies and talent initiatives.
Operational Compliance & Excellence: Maintain compliance, document candidate status correctly, and implement optimized staffing processes.
Stakeholder/Client Engagement: Advise senior stakeholders on talent market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and alternative talent pools.
Talent Sourcing: Develop innovative multi-channel sourcing strategies and build long-term relationships with talent communities.
Workforce Analysis: Assess talent gaps, map hiring needs, and recommend data-driven solutions to hiring challenges.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in talent acquisition or related fields, with 4+ years of talent and market intelligence experience. Preferred: Advanced experience or Master's Degree with longer industry experience and strong market research capabilities.
Compensation
Base pay in the United States ranges from USD 106,400 to 203,600 per year, with higher ranges in specific high-cost areas. Additional benefits and compensation details are available.
