Join the team behind People Agent, one of the most visible and transformative experiences in Microsoft 365 Copilot. We’re not just building another productivity feature—we’re redefining how people understand, manage, and show up in their relationships at work.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help shape the AI‑assisted Person View, a dynamic experience that brings together what matters most about your collaborators—recent conversations, shared documents, meetings, and relevant personal context—into a single intelligent, actionable space. • Backend services that surface real‑time, high‑quality insights from across Microsoft 365
  • UX innovations that blend model‑forward intelligence with rich, intuitive UI experiences

We move fast, iterate weekly, and care deeply about building tools that help people be better teammates, managers, and collaborators. If you’ve ever wished your software could help you remember what matters most about the people you work with, this is the team to join.
