Responsibilities

Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree or equivalent and brings 5+ years of program management experience. Experience in manager development, curriculum design, and onboarding project delivery is essential. Preferred experience includes 6+ to 8+ years in related fields.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range varies by location with typical U.S. roles between USD 116,900 and USD 203,600 per year, and higher in strategic areas like the San Francisco Bay and New York City metro areas.
