As the Senior Product Manager - Publisher Monetization, you will guide Microsoft owned and operated publishers in growing their businesses through innovative advertising solutions, data, and services.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner deeply with Microsoft publishers to identify and develop monetization opportunities. You will leverage innovative technology and work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Research, and Go-To-Market teams to create immediate impact in a rapidly changing AI landscape.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, working on flagship products such as Copilot, Bing, Edge, MSN, and more. You will collaborate closely with talented engineers, designers, marketers, creatives, and external partners, ensuring rapid and evidence-based decision making.

Work Expectations

Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within the local radius requirements. The work setting is dynamic and geared towards innovation and direct impact.
