Job Description

Overview

Azure Arc is the cornerstone of Microsoft's unified hybrid cloud and multi-cloud platform, empowering customers to connect and manage their workloads at scale. Within the Azure Experiences & Ecosystems (AX&E) org in Azure Core, we are the Cloud Infrastructure Experiences product team responsible for delivering the Azure Portal experiences for foundational services like Azure Compute and Azure Arc. We are reimagining how customers interact with these services by delivering intuitive, AI-driven, and seamless experiences.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, technically adept Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of hybrid, edge, and multi-cloud features that elevate the Azure Arc and Compute experiences in the Azure Portal. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and user empathy, someone who can transform complex infrastructure into easy to use, performant, and delightful solutions.

In this role, you will have a large focus on Product-Led Growth by designing user experiences that drive customer activation, expansion, and retention through usage. You will use telemetry, experimentation, and cohort analysis to reduce time-to-value, eliminate drop-off in critical journeys, and ensure customers can self-serve their way from initial onboarding to large-scale production.

You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, data science, and partner teams to craft and execute a roadmap that improves discoverability, usability, and satisfaction across Azure's infrastructure services. Your work will directly shape how users engage with Azure through strategic distributed scenarios.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience for hybrid, edge, and multi-cloud features in Azure Arc across the Azure Portal and other front-end surfaces.
  • Design and deliver AI-enhanced, agentic experiences that dramatically improve customer productivity and satisfaction.
  • Define and drive a product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with user research to uncover deep insights into customer pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure secure, high-quality, and performant implementation of features.
  • Establish and monitor key experience metrics (e.g., service growth, retention, task completion, satisfaction, NPS, latency).
  • Translate insights into intuitive, accessible, and scalable product features that reduce friction and elevate customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on hybrid cloud, compute infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
  • 3+ years of proven success delivering user-facing features at scale, from concept to launch.
