Responsibilities
- Anticipate customers’ unmet needs and market opportunities for enhancements to Entra Identity Protection and Conditional Access.
- Develop and build enterprise-grade product experiences across team and divisional boundaries.
- Influence and drive engagement with cross-functional internal and external partners, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment between the roadmap with the team’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is mandatory for this role. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Requirements:
- Cybersecurity and/or identity product experience is preferred.
- Track record of technically deep understanding and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to improve product development and product experiences is desirable.
Compensation Information
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800.00 - $234,700.00 per year. For specific work locations, including the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $160,200.00 - $261,000.00 per year.
