About the Role
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Microsoft, you will develop and execute global go-to-market (GTM) plans with top channel partners using Microsoft tools and resources. You will drive demand generation, optimize investments, and support partners in executing their marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global GTM plan leveraging Microsoft marketing investments.
- Drive executive-level engagement with partner CMOs and marketing leaders.
- Lead partner-led demand generation using customer insights and campaign assets.
- Optimize global investment ROI and standardize practices across regions.
- Coach and support partners in executing effective go-to-market plans.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies and monitor KPIs for corrective actions.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field along with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, partner marketing, or channel go-to-market in the technology industry and 3+ years in executing impactful GTM strategies. Preferred qualifications include the ability to communicate the business and technical value of Microsoft cloud services and proven success in repeatable demand generation and partnership engagement.
