Resilience Validation Program Manager

Overview

Microsoft seeks a proactive professional to support our CO+I Resilience Validation Program (RVP) activities globally, with an emphasis on the EMEA region. As the Resilience Validation Program Manager, you will validate that resilience controls at datacenters operate correctly through rigorous tests and exercises during change events or unique situations.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including teams in physical security, environmental health and safety, compliance, risk management, human resources, and legal to design site-specific test scenarios. Your role includes identifying gaps, coordinating remediation projects, and ensuring streamlined resolutions through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global responses to Resilience Validation Program findings.
• Design and implement tailored CO+I RVP strategies and protocols.
• Serve as the main point of contact during regional sessions.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities and proactively mitigate risks.
• Conduct training and post-session reviews to enhance response efficacy.
• Monitor global trends to integrate best practices into RVP.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support additional resilience pillars when necessary.

Qualifications

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in business or technology resilience, risk management, or compliance. Additional preferred qualifications include previous experience with datacenter validation services, Fortune-500 companies, and relevant certifications such as DRII or BCI.
