The role focuses on ensuring smooth calendar management, budget reporting, event planning, travel logistics, and overall team support in a fast-paced, AI innovation environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the GM's calendar with precision and resolve conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with expense reconciliation.
- Schedule and assist with meetings, events, offsites, and related logistics.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams effectively.
- Support team projects including purchase orders and special assignments.
- Process and approve expense reports efficiently.
- Maintain strong business relationships with administrative counterparts.
- Work collaboratively within a robust administrative team.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in business operations or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and team focus.
- Proficiency in budget management and calendar support.
- Experience in presentation preparation and independent work.

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite) | Duration: 7 Months | Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
