Job Description

Overview

Power Pages is Microsoft’s enterprise grade low code platform for building secure, scalable external facing business websites enabling organizations to digitize workflows like citizen services, onboarding, case management, and partner collaboration with speed and governance built in. It combines an intuitive low code design studio with deep pro-dev extensibility (APIs, custom code, source control, etc.), native Dataverse integration, and enterprise security, making it easy to deliver modern, compliant, high-performance portals.

As a Product Manager II for Power Pages, you will drive product innovation, roadmap execution, customer experience, and platform extensibility at the intersection of vibe coding, low code, and Copilot. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, security, governance, and cross–Power Platform teams to deliver modern, secure, scalable external facing site capabilities used by enterprises and governments worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven individual with strong cross discipline collaboration skills. You have a growth mindset and take pride in creating an environment where everyone does their best work and feels empowered to bring their authentic selves. Passionate about making others successful. Customer-obsessed with the focus to cut through the noise and build what our customers need and not always what they want. Familiar with AI best practices in experimentation and evaluations. Hungry to succeed i.e. you should be willing to take risks, fail fast (if needed) and try again! Excellence in leading partner collaboration across multiple teams both within and without the organization boundaries. Qualitatively and quantitatively data-driven.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.

You will scale Product Marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans. You’ll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.

As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.
