- Produce a range of design artifacts across various fidelities, including wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and redlines, utilizing tools such as Figma, Vercel, and other AI prototyping tools.
- Apply and contribute to existing design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure the creation of scalable and consistent user experiences.
- Partner closely with developers during the implementation phase to refine details and ensure that designs meet precise specifications.
- Create rapid prototypes to effectively test ideas, gather valuable feedback, and iterate on designs efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and new technologies, and actively share these learnings with the broader team.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously enhance team output.
- Support and collaborate effectively with teammates, fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience applying AI domain knowledge (including generative AI and AI agents) to real-world product or service design, with an understanding of agentic experiences, their constraints, and how to integrate them seamlessly into user experiences.
- 1+ year of technical engineering experience and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and comfort with React and/or Web Components.
- 3+ years of experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, showcased through examples of high-quality design artifacts (e.g., diagrams, wireframes, mockups).
