As a Principal Technology Consultant - Data and AI, you will be a senior leader driving the technical execution and delivery of complex client projects across diverse domains.

AI-First Delivery Leadership

Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows by integrating automation and intelligent orchestration. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects ensuring scalable, robust solutions that align with client outcomes. Act as a strategic technical contact, translating business requirements into advanced technical solutions.

Engineering Excellence

Champion high-quality engineering practices, secure coding, test-driven development, and observability as default practices. Promote continuous learning, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence through scalable architecture and reusable components.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

Monitor emerging technologies to guide strategic directions. Lead innovation in delivery models, reusable assets, and accelerators while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Client Engagement & Solutioning

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert technical guidance. Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts with estimations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals while building strong client relationships.

Team Management & Mentorship

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, provide performance feedback, and foster a learning environment. Oversee technical execution and ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
