About the Role

The Principal Technical Program PM Manager at Microsoft is focused on designing developer tools and platforms that accelerate Azure Cloud expansion and support the evolving scale of Microsoft Cloud’s hardware fleet lifecycle. You will lead a team of technical program managers, collaborate with engineering leaders, and drive innovation by integrating AI-powered capabilities into cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Secure executive support and maintain stakeholder trust.
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-divisional teams.
  • Oversee project schedules, risk management, and feature roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvements and validate use cases.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree, 6+ years in engineering or technical program management, with cross-functional project experience and people management. Experience in developer platforms and large-scale distributed systems is essential. Preferred: Advanced experience in cloud technologies including graph databases and developer languages within cloud environments.
