Overview

Azure Core is at the forefront of innovation for Microsoft’s Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) mission. In this role, you will design developer tools and platforms that accelerate Azure Cloud expansion and sustain the growing scale of Microsoft Cloud’s hardware lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Secure executive support for cross-divisional initiatives and maintain stakeholder trust.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams building technical solutions with software and hardware engineering.
• Oversee project schedules, risk identification, and data-based mitigations.
• Drive continuous improvements in product management practices and governance.
• Champion the adoption of generative AI tools for streamlined decision-making.

Qualifications

Required experience includes a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in engineering, technical program management, or product development, along with people management and cross-functional project experience. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in working with developer platforms, distributed systems, graph databases and cloud resource management.
