Overview
Are you excited about shaping the future of AI security at global scale? Join Microsoft’s Security for AI product team to define how AI systems are protected-by design-from development through runtime. This role focuses on securing AI models, agents, and AI-powered applications used by some of the largest S500 customers worldwide. It operates at the intersection of AI, cloud platforms, and security in a fast-moving, highly technical environment.
About The Team
The Security for AI team develops security capabilities for modern AI systems including:
- AI models and inference endpoints
- AI agents and orchestration frameworks
- Prompt flows, tools, plugins, and integrations
- Emerging AI threat vectors and attack patterns
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and market signals to identify needs and opportunities.
- Own end-to-end product area and define features and strategies.
- Work with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Drive business impact through data driven decisions and performance metrics.
- Guide, mentor, and build trust with team members and customers.
Qualifications
+8 years of experience as a Product Manager; +5 years in security products; BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience) / MBA.
Other
Team player, confident, independent, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advantageous to have strong AI and Cloud security technical background and knowledge of scalable services architecture.
