Position Overview

The Principal Product Manager Architect, App Migration & Modernization role at Microsoft is responsible for defining and owning the long-term product vision, strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for agentic AI platform experiences. This position operates at the intersection of product strategy, architecture, and execution to drive technical vision, customer outcomes, and organizational influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Azure engineering, product managers, and field sellers.
  • Translate customer and seller feedback into actionable product investments.
  • Deliver comprehensive agentic AI capabilities to modernize enterprise application estates.
  • Accelerate cloud migration and modernization processes globally.

Platform & Tools

The role involves working with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps as well as developer tools like Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot. The focus is on maximizing developer productivity with strict security, reliability, and scalability standards.

Collaboration & Impact

This role demands high-level cross-functional collaboration and communication. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Microsoft field sellers, to deliver tailored agentic AI experiences that meet complex Enterprise requirements and optimize IT, development, and operational efficiencies.
