Principal Global Solution Architect - AI Transformation

Overview

The Principal Global Solution Architect - AI Transformation role at Microsoft is pivotal in driving AI transformation within the Customer Experience and Success organization. This role focuses on delivering agent-assisted delivery models to modernize the Unified VBD portfolio with a blend of technological expertise and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic capabilities for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with IP Leads to transform VBD delivery models.
• Engage with customers and partners as a trusted technical advisor.
• Experiment, test, and validate early-stage AI solutions.
• Coach field teams to adopt secure and scalable models.

Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) along with 7+ years in relevant fields including cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, and software development. Preferred qualifications include technical certifications and hands-on experience in building AI and agentic solutions, notably using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related technologies.
