Role Description
The Middle East Deal Team within the CELA department seeks a seasoned lawyer for complex commercial transactions across the EMEA region. You will advise business teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, customers, partners, and outside counsels to enable strategic transactions in the GenAI era.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for complex technology transactions.
- Develop negotiation strategies and solve issues creatively.
- Draft, negotiate, and structure integrated agreements.
- Advise on AI business models, commercial contracts, IP, and data protection.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage escalations.
Qualifications
Required: Juris Doctorate or equivalent, active license to practice, strong background in corporate and commercial law, and fluency in Arabic and English. Preferred: Experience in law firm or in-house roles, orchestration across complex transactions, comfort with ambiguity, and a growth mindset.
