About the Role

The Partner Solution Specialist - Cloud & AI at Microsoft helps nonprofit organizations unlock the full potential of the Microsoft Cloud. The role is focused on driving Microsoft Azure business through the Cloud Solution Provider program and utilizing customer and partner investment programs.

Responsibilities

Partner Strategy and Business Planning: Define and engage with core partners, develop and execute marketing plans, and lead coaching calls to progress opportunities.

Sales and Marketing Execution: Drive marketing and sales activities including workshops, partner-led events, and customer demand generation. Provide useful feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Channel Development and Enablement: Coach partners to articulate cloud benefits, support channel teams, and act as the local SMB Nonprofit Solution Area expert to scale cloud solutions in Data and AI.

Performance Management and Reporting: Manage monthly reporting cycles, forecast by country and capture insights for future investments.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in sales and engagement with the Cloud Solution Provider program, and expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cloud & AI. Proven virtual team management across geographies.

Preferred: Strong sales experience, partner relationship management skills, executive presence, problem solving skills, and multilingual capabilities including Dutch, German, or French.
