Overview

The Partner Solution Specialist - Cloud & AI Azure at Microsoft helps nonprofit organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Cloud capabilities. You will drive sales execution with key reseller partners in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Responsibilities

Partner Strategy and Business Planning: Define and engage with core solution partners to capture Elevate opportunities. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across geographies. Lead coaching and update calls to progress opportunities and overcome blockers.

Sales and Marketing Execution: Drive marketing and sales activities through MCI investments, partner-led events, and outreach programs. Utilize customer demand generation engines and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Channel Development and Enablement: Coach partners to articulate Microsoft Cloud benefits, increasing subscription usage while reducing friction. Act as the local SMB Nonprofit expert, exploring scalable opportunities in Cloud & AI, particularly in Data and AI.

Performance Management and Reporting: Manage monthly reporting cycles to forecast opportunities by country and capture actionable insights.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Economics or related field, extensive sales and channel experience, expertise in Microsoft Azure and Cloud & AI, and proficiency in managing virtual teams.

Preferred: Strong partner relationship management, executive presence, multilingual skills (Dutch, German, French), and demonstrated problem-solving in budget planning.
