Come build the sales force of the future with us! As an Onboarding Program Manager at Microsoft, you will be responsible for delivering world-class, role-based onboarding experiences for our SME&C teams, ensuring every learner’s journey is efficient, relevant, and measurable in an AI-driven era.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of SME&C onboarding programs for MCAPS, partnering with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Develop and implement a streamlined curriculum design framework, drive skill validation with integrated assessment mechanisms, and leverage automation tools and AI to personalize learning journeys.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding strategy and curriculum design.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
- Integrate automation and AI for learner engagement.
- Ensure efficient, scalable, and data-driven onboarding.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 5+ years of program management experience with proven expertise in learning and development. A Master's Degree, or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience, is required. Preferred candidates have 10+ years of experience and deep familiarity with SME&C and MCAPS roles.
