Responsibilities

  • Advise on AI Transformation, change management, and adoption to drive business value.
  • Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical decision makers.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise for AI at scale.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions with technical and sales teams.
  • Foster customer success by providing insights, feedback, and designing effective customer solutions.
  • Support technical enablement through training, sessions, and design workshops.

Additional Responsibilities as CSA Copilot

  • Act as the central contact for Microsoft and customer/partner driving M365 Copilot adoption.
  • Deliver Microsoft services through Unified support contracts and showcase business impact.
  • Provide advisory for Adoption and Change Management planning with exec sponsorship and targeted activities.
  • Support technical issue resolution and deliver expert sessions at MW events.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities for diverse audiences including CxOs, and an aptitude for both technical and business aspects of Copilot and agents. Experience in customer facing roles, IT consulting, and building relationships with senior decision makers is essential.

Technical Skills

Expertise in at least three areas such as Microsoft 365, M365 Security and Compliance, Copilot solutions including Copilot Chat, Agents creation and governance, Teams, SharePoint Online, and relevant technical certifications is required.
