Overview

At Microsoft SME&C, you will join a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team dedicated to driving customer success through innovative technology solutions. This role is tailored for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect skilled in AI solutions and passionate about guiding customers through their AI transformation journey using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor translating customer challenges into actionable, ROI-driven solutions.
  • Design and lead architectural discussions with business and technical decision makers.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI adoption at scale.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to uncover growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Engage in communities, share expertise and feedback to accelerate customer AI transformation.
  • Serve as the focal point for M365 Copilot adoption and customer change management.
  • Deliver presentations, training sessions, and workshops tailored for CxOs.
  • Support technical issue resolution by liaising with product groups and offering product insights.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, proven customer-facing success, deep technical expertise in M365, Copilot solutions and agent creation, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with CxOs. Fluency in English is required with additional languages like French, German, or Dutch considered a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in M365 Security, Compliance, and Copilot implementations.
  • Experience in Teams, SharePoint Online, and M365 Apps deployment.
  • Technical certifications in Cloud, AI and Microsoft 365.

Additional Information

The role offers flexibility with up to 50% remote work. Note that relocation is not possible. You will work in a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment, interfacing with senior IT executives and business decision makers to deliver tangible value and business impact.
