Role Description

As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions, you will drive our customers’ AI transformation journey using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, influencing CXOs and delivering tangible business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI Transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable, ROI-driven solutions.
  • Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical decision makers.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  • Engage in relevant communities to share expertise and drive customer success.
  • Act as a focal point for M365 Copilot adoption, training, insights, and support.
  • Support unblocking technical issues with product groups and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, fluency in English (additional languages such as French, German, or Dutch are a plus), and significant experience in customer-facing roles that drive digital transformation and customer success. Proven track record with M365 solutions is critical.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 M365 Security and compliance, and Copilot solutions.
  • Experience in prompt engineering and agent creation for scalable AI.
  • Technical certification in Cloud, Microsoft 365 Certified, AI, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage with CxOs.

Working Arrangement

This role offers flexibility to work up to 50% from home. No relocation is possible.
