About the Role

At Microsoft SME&C, you will join a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team focused on customers and partners, driving digital transformation. In the role of Modern Work and Copilot Cloud Solution Architecture, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert for AI solutions including Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot while influencing CXOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create business value through AI transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Drive customer success by leading architectural design and engaging with decision makers.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI solutions.
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to identify and drive tailored growth opportunities.
  • Act as a focal point between Microsoft and customers for driving M365 Copilot adoption and digital change.

Additional Role Details

This flexible customer-facing role requires up to 50% remote work. You will deliver Microsoft services, advise on adoption and change management, and support unblocking technical issues with industry-leading technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and French and/or German, Dutch.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, deploying and optimizing M365 solutions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills with CxOs.
  • Expertise in technical solutions including Microsoft 365, Copilot technologies, and cloud certifications.
