At Microsoft SME&C, you will join a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team. You will work alongside Small Medium Business, Corporate, Strategy, and Partner teams to unlock the largest customer opportunity, driven by customer success and significant investments.

Role Overview

This is a customer-facing role for a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions. You will drive customer AI transformation using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot while serving as a strategic trusted advisor to CXOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on AI transformation and business value.
  • Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical leaders.
  • Leverage Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise.
  • Accelerate customer AI adoption through innovation and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions, design workshops, and technical support engagements.

Additional Responsibilities as CSA Copilot

Act as the main contact between Microsoft and customers/partners to drive M365 Copilot adoption and usage. You will deliver services, provide feedback to product teams, and support technical and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, strong project management skills, proven technical expertise in M365 and Copilot solutions, and excellent communication skills for engaging with CxOs. Fluency in English with additional languages such as French or German is a plus.
