Overview

Microsoft SME&C is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will drive the AI transformation journey using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot to create tangible business value and ROI. You will work closely with CXOs and other senior stakeholders while being part of a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customer AI transformation.
  • Lead architectural design and technical presentations for CXOs.
  • Apply Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise.
  • Identify growth opportunities with tailored cloud solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning and contribute to technical communities.

Additional Responsibilities as CSA Copilot

  • Drive M365 Copilot adoption and end-user engagement.
  • Deliver Microsoft services through unified support contracts.
  • Provide insights on usage trends and business impact.
  • Conduct training sessions and design workshops for CxOs.
  • Collaborate with product groups for feedback and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities; fluency in English with additional languages like French or German is a plus. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, systems development, and successful deployment of M365 solutions is essential.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, M365 Security, and compliance.
  • Experience with Copilot chat, Agents, and Copilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint Online, and related tools.
  • Relevant technical certifications in Cloud and AI are preferred.

Work Arrangement

This role offers flexibility with up to 50% remote work.
