In the role of Learning Strategy Manager - Compete Futures, you will leverage market insights and data to upskill the global workforce on AI skills, helping drive strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collect and synthesize industry approaches to upskilling diverse groups.
- Monitor non-technical AI upskilling news, events, and research.
- Create and manage frameworks, benchmarks, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine user experience and technical requirements.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.
- Define metrics and performance indicators based on data and research.
- Partner with executives to shape WWL strategy through rigorous planning.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, combined with a background in learning and development, market analysis, or management consulting. Experience in building frameworks, working with credentialing programs, and defining success metrics is essential. Preferred qualifications extend to higher years of experience and deeper exposure to the evolving AI landscape.
Compensation & Timeline
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 96,500 to USD 188,400 per year (with adjustments for specific locations) and is open for applications until October 14, 2025.
