Global Solution Architect - AI Transformation

Overview

Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to empower customers by accelerating business value through innovative customer experiences. The Global Customer Success (GCS) group is leading the effort to enable success on the Microsoft Cloud using AI-powered capabilities. As the Global Solution Architect - AI Transformation, you will drive the transformation of the Unified value-based delivery (VBD) portfolio into scalable, agent-assisted delivery models.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic capabilities to modernize VBD delivery.
• Collaborate with IP Leads to identify automation opportunities.
• Engage with customers as a trusted technical advisor for AI, Graph API, and Copilot for M365.
• Experiment, test and validate early-stage solutions and establish ROI methodologies.
• Document and share best practices, delivery patterns, and playbooks for scalable adoption.
• Coach and enable field roles and partners on agent-assisted delivery models.
• Partner across engineering, product, security and sales to remove blockers to scale.
• Architect secure, scalable solutions that align with Microsoft standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or software development.

Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years in relevant roles, technical certifications in cloud platforms, hands-on experience with AI and agentic solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot).
