Overview
Microsoft 365 is experiencing incredible growth through advanced AI capabilities and industry-leading security solutions. The FastTrack Architect role is key in helping customers unlock business value with Microsoft 365, AI innovation, and robust security technologies.
Responsibilities
This role involves engaging directly with senior technical and business leaders, defining and executing deployment strategies, and delivering secure, AI-driven solutions:
- Develop deep relationships with strategic, complex customers.
- Drive customer deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion plans.
- Coordinate with FastTrack resources, partners, and field teams.
- Lead solution architecture and provide technical guidance on AI and security strategies.
- Educate customers on Microsoft 365, AI, and security capabilities.
Qualifications
Required: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 at L300 or higher, advanced experience with AI & security solutions including M365 Copilot and E5 Security, and strong expertise in customer engagement with enterprise clients. Proven pre-sales, project planning, and deployment leadership are essential.
Preferred: Experience in enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures and certifications in AI and security technologies with 5+ years of professional experience.
